Tips for Preventing Termite Infestation

• Eradicate the collection of moisture by fixing pipes, A/C units, and other home fixtures prone to leaking.
• Ensure drainage sites remain clean and effective.
• Caulk cracks in the foundation and around utility lines or pipes.
• Keep plants and mulch well maintained.
• Store firewood and lumber away from the home.

Post Construction Termite Treatment

• 12 mm dia 1 ft. Depth holes will be drilled at with an interval of 1 feet. Inside building premises and the chemical emulsion will be Injected & holes will be filled with cement mortar.
• >30 mm dia 1 ft. Depth holes will be drilled with an interval of 2 ft., Outsides the building and the chemical emulsion will be injected.

Pre Construction Termite Treatment

• Column pits and foundation trenches to be treated with chemical emulsion by spraying through the manually operated water can.
• 25mm TO 30mm dia holes to be drilled to a depth of 250 to 300mm and the interval of 300mm Before putting entire plinth area within the walls. Holes to be injected with chemical emulsion.
• 25mm to 30mm dia holes will be drilled 300mm depth interval of 300mm earth around the external perimeter of the building will be treated with the Chemical emulsion as to prevent re – entrance of the white ants.
